About the Role

Amplifyr is at the very beginning of its journey in India. We’re looking to establish operations in India to support our growth in Australia and expansion across other markets.This is a unique opportunity to be part of the early founding team in India and participate in the company’s early growth phase and global expansion.
We’re looking for someone who is excited about data, analytics and technology. The ideal person for this role should be a quick learner and be capable of working independently. They should be able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
Due to the current environment, this role will involve working remotely for the foreseeable future. The role does not have any revenue responsibilities.Primary success metrics will be creation of useful reports in a visualisation tool like Tableau, Klipfolio or others
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is full time and will require a minimum of 40hours of work per week, including some weeks where additional hours may be required to meet specific deadlines for working on new client pitches or reports.

Responsibilities

Strategic Reporting: 

Develop insightful, strategic reports using data from multiple sources like Facebook, Google Ads, Shopify

Data Visualisation:

Build reports in visualisation tools like Tableau, Klipfolio or others

Insights & Analysis:

Work with company leadership to build customised reports that provide useful long-term insights to clients

Data Warehousing:

Setup data warehousing to store historic client data (can be in association with vendors) for easy access to long terms insights

Marketing Assessments & Pre-Sales:

Work with company director andAustralian team to support new business pitches and pre-sales marketing audits/ assessments

Client Communication& Custom Reports:

Share reports and work with clients to build custom reports

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics environment including visualisation tools, data warehousing and marketing channel APIs
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the analytics field, working with large data sets
  • Experience using data visualisation tools like Tableau, Klipfolio or BI tools like Power BI
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and web development
  • Knowledge and experience working with SQL
  • Proficient in Excel and ability to create complex reports with large data sets in excel
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and ability to create custom reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
